Privacy Policy
Effective October 2, 2026
Fapbric Technology Solutions, LLC (“Fapbric,” “we,” “us”) builds and manages software, automation and AI systems for businesses. This policy explains how we collect, use and disclose personal information when you visit fapbric.com, including our landing pages and assessment, contact us, book a call, use a demo we provide, submit a Facebook or Instagram lead form, or receive business outreach from us.
For information we process on a client’s behalf in that client’s systems, see section 7.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide.
- Contact and assessment forms: your name, email address, company, website, description of your business or the problem you want solved, and any message you submit.
- Bookings: your name, email address, phone number and business name if requested and provided, answers to booking questions, and appointment details. We use Microsoft Bookings for scheduling.
- Facebook and Instagram lead forms: the information requested on the form, such as your name, email address, phone number and business name. Meta sends your submission to us so we can respond, including by emailing a booking link.
- Communications: information you provide in emails, calls, meetings and demos. Recorded demo calls can include your voice, statements, transcript, phone number and call details, as explained in section 5.
Information collected automatically. Our website and the providers described in section 3 can collect your IP address, browser and device information, pages and URLs viewed, referring page, visit times, cookie or other online identifiers, and interactions with the site. Advertising information can include campaign parameters, ad identifiers, Meta click identifiers and booking-button clicks.
We also create a booking reference code to connect a visit or booking-button click with an appointment made through a linked scheduling service. The code does not contain your name or email address, but we can connect it to your booking information. We therefore treat the linked information as personal information. We keep privacy-choice records to apply your advertising preferences.
Information from other sources. We obtain business contact information from Apollo and public business sources, including company websites and business listings such as Google Maps. This can include names, job titles, business email addresses, business phone numbers and company details. We also receive your information from scheduling providers and from Meta when you submit a lead form.
Sensitive and confidential information. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card or financial-account details, passwords, health information, or other sensitive personal information through our general forms or demos. Please also avoid sending confidential customer records or information you are not authorized to share. If a project requires sensitive or confidential information, contact us first to agree on an appropriate way to provide it.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- respond to inquiries and assessment submissions;
- schedule and hold calls and demos, send related confirmations and reminders, and follow up on requests;
- prepare proposals and manage our business relationships;
- provide and support services, subject to our client agreements;
- send business email about our services and contact you by phone when appropriate to your request;
- understand site use and connect inquiries and bookings with advertising campaigns;
- measure, improve and target advertising on platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn, subject to the choices in section 3;
- operate and improve demos as described in section 5;
- protect the site, prevent spam and abuse, and troubleshoot problems;
- apply privacy and marketing preferences; and
- comply with legal obligations, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements, including our Terms of Use.
3. Cookies, pixels and advertising
Our site uses cookies, pixels and similar technologies. Some support security and site operation. Others support advertising and measurement.
Meta Pixel and Conversions API. The Meta Pixel collects information about visits and actions, including page views, landing-page views and booking-button clicks. Separately, our server can send Meta a “Lead” event after you submit our contact form or assessment and a “Schedule” event for a Microsoft Bookings appointment linked to a visit to our site. These server events are subject to the advertising choices described below. We do not send Meta a Schedule event for an appointment we cannot connect to a visit to one of our landing pages.
Depending on the event and the information available, information sent to Meta can include an email address transformed using a one-way hash, IP address, browser information, Meta cookie or click identifiers, event type and time, and page or campaign information. Hashing does not make an email address anonymous. Meta can use the hash to match the event to information it already holds about a person. We use these tools for advertising measurement, optimization and targeting. We do not include the text of your form messages or the content of your calls in these conversion-event payloads.
LinkedIn Insight Tag. The tag can collect information such as the pages you visit, referring URLs, IP address, device and browser information, timestamps and online identifiers. We use it for advertising measurement, audience insights and targeting.
Advertising across websites and devices. Meta and LinkedIn can collect or receive information from our site and other websites or services over time. They may associate it with their existing information, including account or device information, for advertising and measurement across websites and devices, subject to their policies and your settings. See the Meta Privacy Policy and LinkedIn Privacy Policy.
Cloudflare. We use Cloudflare for hosting, security, Web Analytics and Turnstile spam protection. These services process technical information needed for their functions. Security tools may use cookies. We continue using these services when advertising tracking is off.
Turnstile runs on our forms to tell people apart from automated submissions. It runs invisibly, with nothing for you to click, and it checks your browser rather than asking you to solve a puzzle. Cloudflare processes technical information about your browser and device for that check. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Privacy Policy.
Scheduling. We use Microsoft Bookings for scheduling. When you open our booking page, Microsoft receives information from your browser, and it processes the details you enter to arrange and manage your appointment. Microsoft may use its own cookies. See Microsoft’s Privacy Statement.
Google Fonts. Our pages request fonts from Google. Google receives your IP address and technical information associated with those requests. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
Your advertising choices.
- Our website control. Use the Your Privacy Choices control linked in our footer to turn off our Meta and LinkedIn advertising tracking for this browser. This stops those tags from loading and stops the related server-side Meta conversion events for submissions and bookings we can associate with your choice. We store the preference in your browser and, where we can link it to a submission or booking, in our records. If you clear browser storage or use a different browser or device, you may need to set the preference again. We continue applying preferences to records we have already associated with your choice.
- Global Privacy Control. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal we receive as a request to turn off this advertising tracking. We do not load the Meta Pixel or LinkedIn Insight Tag, and we suppress the related server-side Meta events for submissions and bookings associated with that signal. We apply the choice to the browser or device and to related personal information we can associate with it. You do not need to submit a separate request for us to act on the signal. Our privacy choices page shows when the choice has been applied.
- Contact us. You may email [email protected] about advertising privacy choices for information we hold about you. An email alone may not identify your browser, so use our website control or GPC to apply a browser-level choice as well. We do not require identity verification to process a browser advertising opt-out.
- Platform and industry controls. You can also use Meta’s ad preferences, LinkedIn’s advertising settings, LinkedIn’s guest advertising control, and the Digital Advertising Alliance’s WebChoices tool. The Network Advertising Initiative provides additional opt-out guidance. These tools have their own scope and may apply only to a particular account, browser, device or participating company.
- Browser settings. You can block or delete cookies through your browser. Cookie blocking does not necessarily stop pixels, first-party tracking or information sent from our servers to advertising platforms.
Advertising opt-outs do not stop information needed to receive and respond to your inquiry, maintain a booking, protect the site, or provide requested services. They do not delete information already collected or remove all advertising. Providers control the privacy settings on their own websites and services; our site control does not change those settings.
Do Not Track. Our site does not respond to the older Do Not Track browser signal. This is separate from Global Privacy Control, which we honor as described above.
4. How we disclose information
We do not sell personal information for money. We disclose information to:
- Providers supporting our operations: Cloudflare for hosting, database storage, security and analytics; Amazon Web Services, including Amazon SES, for email delivery; Microsoft 365 for business communications; Microsoft Bookings for scheduling; Twenty, our customer relationship management system, for managing business contacts and inquiries; Smartlead for business email outreach; and Retell and Twilio for voice demos when offered. Providers receive information needed for their functions. Some also process technical or account information for their own purposes under their privacy policies.
- Advertising platforms: Meta Platforms, Inc. and LinkedIn Corporation receive the identifiers and activity information described in section 3 for advertising measurement and targeting. This disclosure can qualify as a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for targeted advertising under certain state privacy laws, even when no money is paid for the information. Our advertising choices are described in section 3.
- Professional advisers: lawyers, accountants and similar advisers when needed for their work.
- Authorities and other parties: when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, address fraud or security threats, or protect legal rights and safety.
- Parties to a business transaction: in connection with a proposed or completed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections and applicable law.
5. Calls, demos and recordings
When you use a voice demo we offer, you interact with an AI system rather than a human receptionist. A recorded demo collects the call audio, transcript, phone number and call details. We use this information to provide, review, troubleshoot and improve the demo.
Before recording or transcribing a demo call, we explain that it uses AI and will be recorded and transcribed, and ask for your agreement. If you do not agree, do not proceed with the recorded demo. You can contact us at [email protected] instead. We do not treat your visit to our website or acceptance of our Terms as consent to record a call.
Please use fictional examples and do not provide sensitive or confidential information during a demo. Demos are not emergency services. For an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service directly.
6. Business email and phone contact
We send business email about our services using information you provide and information obtained from the business sources described in section 1. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe method. You can also reply asking us to stop, or email [email protected]. We process marketing email opt-outs promptly and within 10 business days.
We may retain the minimum information needed to keep your address off our marketing lists. Opting out of marketing does not stop nonmarketing communications needed to respond to a request you make or administer an existing relationship.
If you give us a phone number for an inquiry or booking, we may use it to respond to that request. You can ask us to stop marketing calls. We do not send marketing text messages. Submitting a form or booking a call does not by itself authorize automated or AI-generated marketing calls.
7. Information we handle for clients
When we process information in a system we build or manage for a client, we generally act on that client’s behalf and under our agreement with the client. For example, the phone and AI services used for a client’s AI front desk run in client-owned accounts.
The client’s privacy notice explains how that business uses its customers’ information. If you contacted one of our clients, direct privacy requests to that business. If you contact us about information we process for a client, we will direct you to the client or assist as required by our agreement and applicable law.
Client ownership of an account does not remove our own obligations under applicable law. Information we collect for our own business relationships, outreach and prospect demos is covered by this policy.
8. How long we keep information
We retain personal information for the purposes described in this policy, taking into account the type of information, our relationship with you, the need to complete a request, and applicable legal, tax, security and recordkeeping requirements.
Inquiry and booking records may be retained while we follow up and for relevant business recordkeeping afterward. Client records may need to be retained for contractual, accounting and legal purposes. Demo recordings and transcripts are retained for providing and reviewing the demo and addressing related issues. Advertising and privacy-preference records are retained as needed for their stated purposes, including honoring opt-outs.
We review retention needs and delete information or make it no longer reasonably linkable to a person when it is no longer needed. Some information may remain temporarily in backups until those copies are overwritten or expire. Information held by providers for their own purposes is subject to their retention practices. You can contact us with questions or requests about retention.
9. Security
We use safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted connections to our website and measures appropriate to the information and systems involved. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your rights and requests
You can contact us to ask about personal information we hold about you, request access or a copy, or request correction or deletion. We consider these requests subject to applicable law, identity verification where appropriate, and legitimate retention needs.
Depending on where you live and whether a particular law applies to our processing, you may have legal rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a portable copy of your personal information; opt out of certain sales, sharing or targeted advertising; or appeal a denied request. These rights can have exceptions. Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable law.
Send requests to [email protected] or call 404-567-6799. We may request information reasonably needed to verify access, correction or deletion requests and protect your information. We do not require you to verify your identity or create an account to unsubscribe from marketing email or use a browser advertising opt-out. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to appropriate proof of authority.
We respond within applicable legal deadlines. If we decline a request, we explain our decision. You can ask us to reconsider by replying to our response or emailing us with “Privacy appeal” in the subject line. Where an applicable law provides an appeal right, we follow that law’s process and explain any further complaint option. You may also contact your state’s attorney general or other relevant privacy regulator. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
California residents. California privacy laws have different scopes and applicability requirements. The California Consumer Privacy Act applies to certain businesses that meet statutory criteria. We are not representing that every CCPA right applies to Fapbric. Regardless of where you live, the advertising controls and marketing opt-outs described in this policy are available to you. Sections 1 through 4 explain our collection, use and disclosure practices; section 3 explains cross-site advertising, GPC and Do Not Track; and this section explains how to contact us about your information.
11. Children
Our site and services are intended for adults acting for businesses, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 or knowingly disclose their information for targeted advertising. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate steps to delete it.
12. Where information is processed
Fapbric is based in the United States, and our site is intended for a US business audience. We and our providers may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or they operate. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from those where you live.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or legal requirements change. We will post the updated policy and its effective date on this page. For material changes, we will also provide a prominent notice on our site or contact affected individuals directly, as appropriate to the change. Where the law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it or obtain it before applying the change. An update does not override rights or choices that applicable law requires us to respect.
